The is a Pre-Market Engagement Exercise for a potential joint re-procurement for Decontamination Services at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust & Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust
Since 2006, Bradford, Calder & Huddersfield and Leeds Hospitals have received a joint Decontamination Service for Theatre Surgical Trays, Instrumentation, and other associated items through a ‘super centre’ based in Pudsey, Leeds. The contract is due to expire in 2027.
The Trusts are in consultation with internal and external stakeholders and intend to update the service and contract to make it fit for the future.
Decontamination Service must comply with NHSE HTM 01-01 Standards.
