Description
The Council is seeking to identify a Supplier(s) to provide furnished accommodation for 9 young adults, which will be split across districts, close to good transport links. The service will be split into the following lots, enabling Suppliers to bid for one or more lots:
a. Lot 1 - Worcester City,
b. Lot 2 - Redditch,
c. Lot 3 - Bromsgrove.
If it is not possible to identify suitable accommodation within the above 3 lots, a fourth Lot (d) for Kidderminster may be considered, or alternatively, more than one property may be considered in one of the other locations

The assessment of these responses will identify the Suppliers to be invited to participate in Stage 2 Site Visits.

Competitive flexible procedure description
This will be a two stage process.
Stage 1 will assess the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) and includes a Quality and Price Assessment. All Suppliers are required to complete and return the PSQ and selection stage response to requirements in accordance with the Procurement Timetable and instructions within this document. Stage 1 will conclude with Suppliers being notified in writing of whether or not they have been successfully shortlisted to participate in Stage 2.
Stage 2 will be site visits for the shortlisted suppliers.
