two.1.4) Short description

The current Audit and Inspection platform, hosted by Tendable, is a mobile application that is utilised across the University Health Board by hundreds of staff. Tendable is a cloud based, real time auditing and inspection tool.

The system eliminates administration by transporting inspection results directly into IOS/Android devices,

providing automated reporting. This greatly reduces any unnecessary time spent on administration, freeing up

vital clinical time, whilst also tracking improvements in performance at all levels.

A 24 month extension period was included in the original contract. This Contract Award Notice is in relation to the first 12 months extension of the available 24 months being undertaken as required.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Procurement services awarded a contract to Tendable (via Softcat) for the mobile application that is utilised across the University Health Board by hundreds of staff. Within the scope of the original contract, a 24 month optional extension was included, to be reviewed annually. The contract was awarded via the SBS/19/AB/WAB/9411 framework.

Due to the ongoing requirement, 12 months of this optional extension has been undertaken to allow for continuation of service. The further implementation of the Inspection and Audit Application Tool across the Health Board will ensure continuity of required work, preventing any disruptions

across the Health Board and ensure patient care is provided at a high clinical standard.

have the right to take action in the High Court (England and Wales). Any such action is subject to strict time limits in accordance with the
