NHS Derby & Derbyshire Integrated Care Board are seeking to commission Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS). NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process. The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The process is a One Stage process.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

NHS Derby & Derbyshire Integrated Care Board are seeking to commission Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS). NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process. The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The process is a One Stage process

The contract will commence 01st April 2025 and be 3 years with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years. It is important to note that this procurement includes an affordability threshold. No bids over £11,851,000 per annum will be accepted. Any bids exceeding £11,851,000 per annum will be disqualified from the process.
