The contracting authority seeks to engage with providers of Care at Home and Reablement services in order to gain an understanding and insight into these markets.

We would like to hear from any organisations who are currently providing Care at Home and Reablement services to further understand:

• The provider market

• Innovations in approach to Care at Home and Reablement services

• Potential challenges, issues and solutions for delivering Care at Home and Reablement services

Interested organisations are requested to complete the questionnaire attached to this notice (Appendix A) which has been prepared so it can be completed by any size of organisation wishing to engage and assist the contracting authority in this market insight stage.

Please note that this is NOT the commencement of a procurement procedure, neither is it a call for expressions of interest.

Completed questionnaires should be submitted via the ProContract messaging service not later than 12 noon on Wednesday 6th December 2023.
