PLAB Part 2 is for International Medical Graduates. The exam is run in our Clinical Assessment Centre (CAC) located in Manchester. We currently run between 50 and 80 Performance Assessments per year and approximately 25 pilot sessions. On average this involves 16 role players and a Facilitator for each event.
The performance assessments are conducted in our Clinical Assessment Centre (CAC) in Manchester. There may be an exceptional requirement to hold an assessment elsewhere in the UK and the supplier must be able to accommodate this. The assessments will include OSCE stations and / or a simulated surgery. Validation events are held at a number of different locations.
