Test Valley Borough Council is seeking to appoint consultant or firm to provide annual asset valuation reports and insurance valuation reports in accordance with CIPFA and RICS regulations. The contract duration is 3 Years (with the possibility of 3 year extension, to a maximum of 6 years, subject to satisfactory performance and the agreement of both parties). The services to be provided will also include providing responses to auditor’s and insurer’s questions within specified timescales.
