Nottinghamshire Healthcare intend to award this contact under direct award process C. The existing provider has met all KPIs, waiting times for access to the service are within contracted timescales. Patient feedback of the service is good.

The service ran for 12 months as a pilot scheme starting in Dec 2023. Local VSCE providers were invited to an EOI and a mini tender competition to award to the most suitable provider. A similar service in the County has been provided for a number of years.
Provider has met all KPIs, waiting times for access to the service are within contracted timescales. Patient feedback of the service is good. Incidents and SIs low and meet expectations.
