This is a contract awarded under the Provider Selection Regime Direct Award C.

The estimated value of the service is up to £62,883,00. the service will commence on the 1st July 2025 with an initial term until the 31st March 2030 and an option to extend by up to 2 years

The Hampshire County Council Service will consist of:

• an adult substance misuse treatment service (to include alcohol, opiate and non-opiates and other drugs such as psychoactive substances and image and performance enhancing drugs) which will provide both medical and psychosocial interventions

• a young people's substance misuse service (for people up to the age of 25 years)

• a pharmacy drug-treatment service

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 5 November 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR'
