Cheshire West Recycling Ltd (CWR), is a local authority trading organisation of Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council, that delivers the household waste and recycling collection service on behalf of the Council.
CWR wish to work with supplier(s) to provide the automotive fuel (HVO & Diesel) and associated AdBlue requirements to the CWR sites, for the current fleet of vehicles that CWR operate. The CWR overall total for fuel usage is 924,000 litres, based upon the usage between August 2022 & August 2023 this total is the combined delivery of Diesel & HVO between those dates.

CWR estimated fuel usage for the term of the contract and any subsequent extensions is between 900,000 & 1,000,000 litres per annum.
CWR requires the flexibility to call off either HVO and / or Diesel & AdBlue as required and only have fuel storage as detailed in “table one” and while CWRs strategy is to have 100% HVO fuel whilst working with Cheshire West & Cheshire Council we have a responsibility to spend public money within current budget restraints and to make savings wherever possible and therefore require pricing on several different blends of fuel (HVO / Diesel and AdBlue)
