Engagement process description

Interested providers will need to register and access the YORtender/EU Supply e-tendering platform and send a message via the messaging facility to notify the authority of your intent to attend the event. The event will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on the 24th June 2025 between 10-11am and it will take the form of a presentation containing information about our requirements and commissioning intentions. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions afterwards. Following the conclusion of the market engagement event, a questionnaire will be administered to all bidders.
