NHS England North West

School Aged Immunisation Service and School Flu

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS England North West to conduct market engagement to obtain input and feedback in preparation for the tender of a School Aged Immunisation Service and School Flu for the Greater Manchester region.

The Contracting Authority would like to gather soft intelligence from the market and are publishing a Request for Information (RFI).

It is important to note that this PIN/RFI is not a call for competition and as such potential providers will need to express an interest in any future quote opportunity once a contract notice is published on Find a Tender and Contracts Finder.

It should be noted that this PIN/RFI invites individuals and organisations to express an interest in this RFI exercise only, and it is NOT part of any expression of interest, pre-qualification or selection process. This PIN/RFI is intended as an awareness, communication, and information gathering exercise. A response to this PIN/RFI is no indication of a commitment to participate in any future procurement process nor does it infer any preferential or special status on those individuals and organisations who reply. This PIN/RFI does not constitute the start of a Procurement Process under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and as such does not bind the Contracting Authority to undertaking any procurements after 01 January 2024 under these regulations.

NECS is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this RFI exercise and communicate with potential providers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to potential providers and all communications with NECS, including RFI submissions, will be conducted via Atamis:
