This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice following the previous publication of a Prior Information Notice and mandatory 14 Day waiting period to allow for EOI and representations in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.

The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the Standstill Period.

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS England North East and Yorkshire Health and Justice (the Relevant Authority) who intend to follow the Most Suitable Provider (MSP) process to award a contract for the provision of an Enhanced Mental Health Path Finder Service for Victims of Sexual Abuse and Complex Trauma in West Yorkshire.

The contract is a single Enhanced Mental Health Path Finder Service for Victims of Sexual Abuse and Complex Trauma in West Yorkshire - Bradford.

The contract will be for a period of 2 years and 4 months commencing on 01 December 2024.
