It is the Commissioners’ intention that Healthwatch and the various elements of Advocacy; Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA), Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA), Independent NHS Complaints Advocacy and Care Act Advocacy, is delivered within one contractual arrangement.

TUPE will apply to this contract.
