The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders for TC130 - Community Services Flexible Purchasing System.

The Flexible Purchasing System is FPS to efficiently procure and mobilise services to meet needs of vulnerable people in Bolton. This will be procured under 2 Main Lots, with sub-lots as listed below:

Lot 1: Homelessness Services

1. Homelessness Prevention

2. Emergency Temporary Accommodation

3. Supported Housing

4. Other Accommodation Based Interventions

5. Floating Support

6. Young People’s Supported Accommodation (16-25 year olds)

7. Other Homelessness Related Support and Interventions

Lot 2: Domestic Abuse Services

1. Safe Accommodation (in Refuge) with Specialist Onsite Support victim and children

2. Safe Accommodation (dispersed) Specialist Outreach Support for Victims/Survivors and Children

3. Sanctuary Scheme

4. Perpetrator Intervention and Support (Perpetrator Service)

5. Independent Domestic Violence Advisors service (IDVA)

6. Identification and Referral to Improve Safety (GP) (IRIS)
