The Authority is looking to invest in a programme to develop modernised data capabilities that enhance the NCA's ability to act confidently on what data tells the Agency and modernising applications to meet current and future business needs.
BACKGROUND TO THE REQUIREMENT
Due to the critical nature of the NCA's current Case Management System (CMS) and the forecasted investment over the coming years, a strategic review of the system is taking place.
The review will test whether investment in development to the existing system or investment in other comparable or newer products in the marketplace to meet our current and future requirements represents greater value for money.
