The Better Health at Work Award (BHAWA) is a flexible regional award scheme in the Northeast of England (regardless of size, location or type of business) that recognises and supports employers in promoting employee health and well-being in the workplace. It has been running for a number of years and it is a partnership project among the local authorities.
