Additional services have been required due to legislative updates and moving to a new corporate records management solution which highlighted complexities therefore the Authority will be relying on Regulation 72(1)(c) as the need for the change could not have been foreseen by a “diligent” Department and the changes do not affect the overall nature of the contract or exceed 50% of the value of the original contract.
