Powys County Council (PCC) covers an area of over 2,000 square miles, is the largest unitary authority by land area in Wales and has a current population around 132,435.

The Housing Service manage 5,500 properties and 1,900 garages situated in various locations throughout the County, so it is essential to have an effective and efficient management system in place, including all tasks performed by the repairs and maintenance team.

This tender is to procure and implement a new Housing and asset management system that is fit for purpose for the different teams within the Housing Service
