The outlined Service Specification is for the appointed Consultant to provide expert viability advice on a site-by-site basis to inform consideration of planning applications and appeals on small sites on behalf of London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (LBRuT).

The services shall also be performed on behalf of Wandsworth Borough Council when necessary. The Council will have access to this contract via an Access Deed.
