We would like to invite suppliers to detail their proposals to providing a replacement Security Operation Centre (SOC) and Security Incident Event Monitoring (SIEM) solution including Antivirus that will be used by our Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Team.

We require a fully managed 24 x 7 x 365 service including all associated software, hardware and licences.

An initial 24 month contract period with three additional and separate 12 month extensions thereafter.

The initial contract period is envisaged to commence on 28 July 2024 and expire on 04 February 2027.

However, please note that the requirements for ‘Antivirus (1400 Licences)’ and ‘Mobile Antivirus (900 Licences)’ will not commence until part way through the initial contract period. Specifically, the requirements for ‘Antivirus (1400 Licences)’ and ‘Mobile Antivirus (900 Licences)’ will commence on 05 February 2025 and expire on 04 February 2027.

Upon expiry of the initial contract period on 04 February 2027 there will be two optional and separate 12 month extensions thereafter. The first 12 month extension will commence on 05 February 2027 and expire on 04 February 2028. The second 12 month extension will commence on 05 February 2028 and expire on 04 February 2029.
