Scope

Description

London Borough of Barnet wishes to establish an open framework agreement to provide audit, assurance, and advisory services. The structure of the framework will be confirmed following Pre-market Engagement.

This notice is issued in accordance with sections 16 and 17 of the Procurement Act 2023 to seek market input before the commencement of a formal procurement process.

We want to hear from a range of suppliers, including local and national Small/Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to ensure best value mix and assess benefits and dis-benefits of different framework models, including single source and multi-source solutions.

London Borough of Barnet (the 'Authority') will be the lead borough for the following listed local authorities, London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, London Borough of Waltham Forest Council, Southend-on-Sea City Council and The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council (stakeholders). The stakeholders are in consultation with and supporting the London Borough of Barnet in development of the procurement requirement and through the CCAS Procurement Board LBB chairs, will concur the Procurement process to be conducted.

Registration on the Central Digital Platform is not required at this stage for market engagement; however, it will be necessary afterwards to be able to review a tender or submit a bid.
