The six Local Authorities and Health Board in North Wales are recommissioning domiciliary care under the North Wales Domiciliary Care Agreement, with a view to achieving / continuing to develop outcomes-focussed care and support across the region. This domiciliary care will be for adults and children / young people with a wide variety of needs and circumstances.
Tender submissions are welcomed from providers for the following:
- Lot 1: Standard domiciliary care for adults 18+
- Lot 2: Complex domiciliary care for adults 18+
- Lot 3: Standard domiciliary care for children and young people under 18
- Lot 4: Complex domiciliary care for children and young people under 18

The Commissioning Partners have agreed that an extension to the closing date for the ITT is necessary as Providers will need to assess the impact of any Autumn statement announcements made.
The ITT will now close on Friday 8th November 2024 at 1200 (Noon).
The date for submission of ‘Clarification Requests’ has been revised to Monday 4th November 2024 at 1700.
NOTE: Any Provider that has submitted its response to the ITT already may revise its submission and resubmit it once any announcement has been made.
