The provision of parish stewards and out of hours emergency services and a winter maintenance service for the provision of drivers on standby to operate

The Minimum Spend is £3 million pa, The average spend is £15 million per annum and the potential spend is £30 million per annum depending on funding from other sources.
TUPE will also apply to this contract.
