two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Department of Health and Social Care is looking for a competent contractor to provide and/or develop a Dyadic Caregiver-Child Assessment tool to be used within the Family Nurse Partnership Programme and beyond and additional support services including training.
Intended contract term: 12 months with the option to extend for further 36 months (12+12+12)
Estimated contract value: £45,000 per year (£54,000 inclusive of VAT).
Total value including extensions: £180,000 (£216,000 inclusive of VAT).
The DHSC is issuing this early engagement to seek information and feedback from the market to gain better understanding of the intelligence, costing model and appetite for this project.
For avoidance of doubt this is not a call for competition, the purpose is to advise the market on the forthcoming DHSC procurement and seek feedback from the market that may inform the final specification and/or procurement approach to the services. This market engagement process does not form part of the formal procurement process. When and if the formal procurement process commences any supplier may join the competition and all supplier bids will be evaluated on the same basis.
A Market Engagement Questionnaire and draft Specifications/Requirements are attached to this notice, and they will also be available on the DHSC Atamis eTendering System.
