On behalf of The Highland Council, High Life Highland wish to appoint a contractor to provide an Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) system for the Inverness Castle Experience, which supports the following types of purchase:
An e-commerce system that allows purchases of merchandise from the Inverness Castle Experience website
Retail purchases from the Inverness Castle Experience shop, and a pop-up store within the Inverness Castle Experience

It is intended that this system be available for installation from March 2025.
Note: we are also seeking a contractor to provide a Ticketing and Merchandising system, under a separate tender, and are open to joint bids from partners who wish to offer a fully integrated EPOS, Ticketing and Merchandising system.
