The Police and Crime Commissioner for Dorset has put a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for Mobile Preliminary Roads Drug Testing Devices.

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey has used lot 1 of the DPS for un-powered devices, which only has one supplier named. Because of this reason no further competition was run.
