Provision of a Domestic Abuse (DA) intervention for low-medium risk offenders who meet the eligibility criteria for a Conditional Out of Court Resolution as per the principles issues by the Director of Public Prosecutions. It will also enable Hampshire and Isle Wight Constabulary to refer women to a trauma-informed intervention that specifically seeks to address the complex factors and trauma histories that result in women committing lower level offences. Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary will be able to refer all adults aged 18 and over who have committed a DA offence where the victim is either a current/former intimate partner or a family member and all women over the age of 18.

The provider must offer an intervention for up to 500 individuals per annum.
