NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process. The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The process is a one stage process similar to an Open process.

NHS Derby & Derbyshire Integrated Care Board are seeking to commission a Children and Young People's Early Intervention and Targeted Support Mental Health Service . NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process. The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The process is a one stage process similar to an Open process.
The contract will commence 1st June 2024 for a period of 2 years and 7 months. The maximum contract value available is £1,100,000 per annum prorated. The contract value for the initial 2 years and 7-month period is a maximum of £2,841,666, with the Commissioner having the option to extend for up to a further 2 years (subject to DDICB funding approval for any extension period). This is based on the current NHS Derby & Derbyshire ICB for the financial year 2023/24 plan. No bids over £1,100,000 per annum prorated will be accepted.
