The service will support people who present in secondary care with Complex Emotional needs, who need a specialist, enhanced support offer in the community by:

? To improve health literacy and reduce health inequality.
? Promote health, wellbeing and self-care with a view to improving both mental and physical health care.
? Ensure a good quality of life i.e. greater ability to manage their own lives, stronger social relationships, a greater sense of purpose, the skills they need for living and working, improved chances in education, better employment rates and a suitable and stable place to live.

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust will allow a standstill period at the point the decision regarding the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. The standstill period shall be in accordance with Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Regulations 49, Directives (2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council) Part C Annex V.
