The London Borough of Haringey is seeking to commission short term (2 years) supported accommodation and Housing First provision for young people aged 18 to 25 years of age.

Services will focus on building young people's resilience, by preparing them for independent living and the transition to adulthood. This will reduce the potential for repeat homelessness and long-term reliance on statutory services. This supports the Council in delivering Theme 3: of the Corporate Delivery Plan 'Children and young people' - Successful Futures - Every young person, whatever their background, has a pathway to success for the future.

The Services will be procured in 4 separate Lots as outline below:

Lot 1- Generic Visiting Support

Lot 2- Unaccompanied Asylum-Seekers

Lot3 - Young Women's Service

Lot 4- Housing First for Care leavers

The Council is carrying out the process in accordance with the 'Light Touch Regime' under Reg 74 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, as amended (PCR15) and will follow the open procedure.

Contracts will be awarded on the basis of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT), the weighting for Quality/Price is 70/30. Further details are set out in the in the Invitation to tender documents.
