The additional funding is subject to funding allocation being awarded year on year and is not guaranteed. If additional funding is received from WYCA, the Council reserves the right (by agreement with the successful tenderer) to vary the contract to enhance the Independent Domestic Abuse Adviser element of the Service. The Authority does not anticipate that any increase in price attributable to any such variation would exceed £25,000 per annum. An additional £125,000 (£25,000 per year over five years) has been factored into the estimated total value in this Contract Notice to cover any potential variations due to the receipt of additional funding.
