two.2.4) Description of the procurement

White Rose Academies Trust are seeking Catering service providers to tender for the provision of all catering services presently offered within their academies, which currently includes breakfast, morning break, lunch and all hospitality and free issue requirements.

The objectives for the new contract are as follows:

• A catering service that is professionally managed and provides sector leading catering services for students, staff and visitors at the Academies.

• A strong Contractor Area Manager who will develop and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service, a consistently high-quality food offer and spend a substantial amount of time on site to undertake this

• A Contractor who is proactive in their relationship management with the Trust and provides good communication with Trust stakeholders

• A catering service that promotes a fresh food culture and encourages students to take a healthy and balanced meal

• A Contractor who is able to implement effective strategies for marketing the services
