two.1.4) Short description

The contract will involve the following elements of work to approximately 39 RBH properties:

• Installation of in-curtilage block paved SUD compliant driveways (where feasible) including vehicle drop crossings/kerbs, steel vehicular access gates;

• Replacement of existing timber fencing (front gardens only) with 1.0m high timber close board fencing set on concrete posts and single steel pedestrian access gates;

• Replacement of existing side divider fencing (RBH boundaries only) with 1.0m high close board timber fencing set on concrete posts;

• Replacement of existing flagged front garden and perimeter paths with new pcc flagged paths;

• Associated soft and hard landscaping works including low level flag on edge retaining walls, pcc pin kerbs, removal/pruning of trees, shrubs, privets and planting to accommodate the above works, grading of land, top soiling and seeding to reinstate gardens where disrupted by the work.
