Thames Valley Police are wishing to engage with the market in relation to the demolition of existing buildings and the design and construction of new facilities for police use, including custody detention suites. Please note that we are in the preliminary stages of this process, and this notice should not be interpreted as a call for competition. We would like to invite suppliers to meet with us to discuss this potential opportunity.We are particularly interested in industry feedback on the following areas:• Method of Delivery, Timings, and Management Model• Which frameworks are you currently a part of?Please list all public or private frameworks (e.g., CCS, SCAPE, NHS SBS) you are part of and their scope (regional or national).• Which of these frameworks do you consider most effective or efficient for your business?Please explain the reasons for your preference (e.g., pricing structure, ease of use, contract terms).• What challenges do you face in being part of these frameworks?Do you experience any limitations, barriers to entry, or operational issues?• What are the biggest challenges you face in delivering sustainable construction projects?• What is the typical value range of projects you undertake?• Please share your goals regarding any innovative solutions you are pursuing.• Please share your views on the Client Relationship Management (CRM) model approach to managing customer relationships.• We welcome your views on the engagement process and suggestions for improving future collaborations.The Supplier Engagement Sessions will be held via Teams on October 22nd and 30th, as well as November 5th, 6th, and 7th.
