two.2.4) Description of the procurement

SPT are seeking to undertake market engagement prior to a procurement exercise, for services relating to fire risk assessment on SPT premises including: 1 Subway Station (potentially Partick), Buchanan Bus Station and Broomloan Rail Depot.

SPT have an in-house Health and Safety department who complete regular fire safety checks, therefore SPT require are seeking professional input for fire risk assessments with a specialist completing samples to ensure our checks are in line with regulations.

Most work can be carried out during normal business hours; however, some areas may require out of hour visits. This will be arranged further down the line when exact premises are established, and access requirements are identified for each.
