McKinlay Mountaineering is to provide technical advice, training and support development to staff members. Mckinlay Mountaineering's knowledge of the cross overs between the Activity centres such as crate stack and climbing towers and have trained our ‘in house’ staff to deliver training to reduce the overall costs of training new staff. Knowledge of our staff competencies across all 3 Activity Centres and all forms of climbing & rope work at Herd Farm, WLAC and the South hub.
