It should be noted that although the successful tenderer will be required to be capable of providing a comprehensive service, not all of the Council’s professional estates work will be awarded as certain sensitive matters will continue to be dealt with by the Council’s own in-house Estates Management Section or otherwise at the discretion of the Purchaser on a case by case basis.
