Lewisham Council shall be procuring a new Green Space Management and Maintenance Contract which is anticipated to start in 2025.
The scope of the contract will include but may not be limited to the delivery of: Grounds Maintenance, Ecological Management, Planting and aftercare of trees, Cleansing, Parks Security, Playground Inspections and Maintenance. Infrastructure Maintenance, Marketing, Events, Activities and Concessions.
Lewisham has many award-winning parks and open spaces that are highly valued by our communities.
We would like to engage with highly professional, competent and experienced contractors who will ensure that we continue to deliver the high-quality services we are known for.
It is important that the contractor has a strong reputation in delivering high-quality work.
The contractor should have a deep understanding of the industry. Contractors will be required to demonstrate knowledge and experience in delivering similar contracts successfully.
