It is our understanding that The Terms of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) might apply in the event of this Contract being awarded to a Tenderer other than the current service provider. Each Tenderer must satisfy itself as to whether or not in its view the TUPE regulations will apply and Tenderers are advised to seek independent professional advice on the consequences for them if they are the successful Tenderer and the TUPE regulations are held to be applicable.

Please note Lot 4 Bus service linking communities in Clackmannanshire with each other and with Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert. has a different contract term and please also note that Lot 4 is subject to NHS Forth Valley payment terms and conditions.
