Engagement process description

The FCA would like to engage with those suppliers involved in the provision of a number of court services as part of its intention to establish a Framework for Court Services. As part of this framework, the FCA intends to award this framework to cover a number of services that it utilises in its enforcement efforts. The framework is to be made up of three lots, awarding to a primary supplier and a reserve supplier for each lot. The intended lot structure will be: - Court ready E-bundling services, Electronic Presentation of Evidence (EPE), and Live Transcription Services for legal hearings and trials in the Upper Tribunal and High Court in which the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is involved. - Court ready E-bundling services and Electronic Presentation of Evidence (EPE) for Criminal Litigation in the criminal courts in which the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is involved. - Provision of Graphics to primarily support cases in criminal courts. As part of this Preliminary Market Engagement, the FCA is planning to run a number of short online supplier engagement events. To be involved in these events, Suppliers should express interest by emailing fcaprocurement@fca.org.uk. Please provide the following information: - Company Name - Registered Address - Lead Contact details including Name, role in organisation, email address and phone number. - Explanation of your expertise and experience which is relevant to this subject matter, and the lot(s) to which that expertise pertains. Following receipt of Expressions of Interest, the FCA intends to invite participants to a market engagement event in which it will provide attendees with an overview of the requirements, the procurement process and the intended structure of the framework. After this an interactive session will be held, enabling attendees to ask questions they may have regarding the procurement. Feedback provided by suppliers in this session may then be used to further refine the FCA's requirements in a subsequent tender for this framework. We would also recommend that you register on the FCA Atamis portal, if you are not currently registered, at https://atamis-fca.my.site.com/s/Welcome.
