This procurement is for the creation of an Approved Partner List under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) that can be called off at any time during the contract period to deliver adult learning provision. The procurement requirements encompass local and national skills needs, requirements of our main funders the GLA and the ESFA, and the Ofsted Inspection Framework.
The formation of the Approved Partner List supports the Merton Adult Learning commitment of providing high quality and sustainable adult learning to improve the social, economic, health and wellbeing outcomes of our residents, through commissioning provision to the best learning partners in the field.
