ISG is interested in developing a procurement framework across the ISG development teams, to help establish a long-term development resource collaboration with external suppliers. This new framework could be similar to a managed recruitment service, where there would be a single point of contact for ISG to secure specific key skilled resource, or as a multiple supplier framework.

six.3) Additional information

The publication of a PIN will be used to undertake preliminary market consultation and inform the market of the University’s intention to develop a framework for securing short term skilled development resource.

This PIN is intended to gauge interest from suppliers in order to identify suitable suppliers that ISG can engage with further to explore options. A survey has been created to understand the level of interest within the market in working with UoE to develop this new recruitment framework. Full information can be found in the additional documents section of this notice.

This information will be reviewed by the University. Please note that this is not a pre-qualification, selection or a shortlisting process.
