The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to notify the market of Belfast City Council’s intention to hold a pre-market engagement event with interested suppliers to provide information on the PEACEPLUS Health & Wellbeing Project.

The aim of the project is to develop and deliver a transformational place-based health and well-being programme for those who have suffered and continue to suffer trauma as a result of the conflict in a number of data informed, evidence-based target areas across Belfast focusing on both prevention and support – a hyper local intervention approach.

This project contributes to the implementation of the Thriving and Peaceful Communities theme under the Belfast PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan.
