1.1 NHS Lanarkshire Health Board, a statutory body constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 (“the Board”), wishes to appoint Contractors to carry out the replacement of central heating boilers, gas fired domestic water heaters and hot water tanks/calorifiers across various NHS Lanarkshire sites. (“the Goods & Services”).
