TfW Staff mess facilities need to be functional, comfortable and multi purpose spaces. We are striving to create spaces across our network that are standardised and easily recognisable as TfW staff areas. The introduction of one furniture supplier would enable us to achieve consistency across all areas of the business, (Rail, Catering, Cleaning mess facilities and office space). A catalogue with options and furniture codes is needed to ensure the items are easily ordered and timescales are set for delivery and installation.
