Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Contracting Authority, intends to put in place a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Demand Management & Renewables solutions as described below.

Lotting structure and scope of services are provisional and subject to change following customer and supplier engagement.
This DPS remains open for any supplier to request to participate throughout its duration. CCS reserves the right to reduce, extend or terminate the DPS period at any time during its lifetime in accordance with the terms set out in the DPS agreement.

The purpose of the PIN is to signal an intention to commence market engagement with those within the demand management & renewables market. CCS is to consider undertaking a tendering exercise to set up a new contracting vehicle to service Central Government and Wider Public Sectors requirements.
Crown Commercial Service intends to hold market engagement sessions during Jan 2022 with industry experts and suppliers interested in potentially bidding for the resulting commercial agreement. Prior to the market engagement sessions commencing, Crown Commercial Service are requesting the market complete the below surveys by 12th January 2022
