Description
For the past few years, CPC has outsourced the contract management of its Legal Services framework agreement for various reasons, one of which being capacity internally. We are now looking to bring this framework back in-house and this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is the first step of that process. Due to the fact that this hasn't been contract managed internally for some time, we would like suppliers within the industry to assist us in forming the scope/specification to ensure we are covering what is required for our Members by putting a framework in place that encompasses any new trends or considerations since the agreement was last managed by CPC.
