The Council has moved to a new e-tendering portal. In order to apply to join the White Rose Independent Fostering Agencies (IFA) Electronic Market Place (EMP, interested organisations will need to register for a login to YORtender to submit an application to become a pre-approved partner. The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at: https://yortender.eu-supply.com/

The reference number for the White Rose Independent Fostering Agencies (IFA) Electronic Market Place (EMP) on the new tendering portal is 48126.
All further competitions under the White Rose Independent Fostering Agencies (IFA) Electronic Market Place (EMP) will take place on via https://yortender.eu-supply.com/ as of 1 January 2022, therefore existing delivery partners will need to ensure they are registered on the portal in order to receive invitations to further competitions.
