We are now seeking to appoint a manufacturer and installer of modular buildings to work to/with the main contractor at the site, to complete the works by September 2023.
The building will need to be compliant with Building Regulations:
The sport building construction is being treated as a permanent Structure. It is not being treated as a "building of low energy demand" or a "temporary building" (with a life of less than 2 years) and these exemptions do not apply. Approval will have to be obtained as part of the Building Regulations submission.
